That could actually be called an upgrade, expect for the engine. That has an inline 4 cyl right?

For me it needs to be a 5 series at least for the space.

That would be the 335 not the 328.

328i is 6cyl NA, the new 2012 model is 4cyl turbo. 335i is 6cyl turbo.
