i spent the better part of my first sunday off in who knows how long. today i made it my day, all day!
i hit the chevy with a clay bar, the whole thing, then i hit all the chrome with some mothers chrome polish, then hand waxed the whole thing with mguires yellow tech wax. i lifted the front end an inch higher with the tortion bars and took the spare off the back which made the truck lift another 3/4 of an inch, i cant believe how much it went up by taking off the spare! changed the oil, greased the front end, just gave it a nice cleaning, looks so much better. even though they are cell pics they came out pretty good! my center caps are rusty so i ordered brand new ones from american racing, should be here this week. after income tax's i am ordering a 4 inch pro comp lift and already hunting for another block so i can build a new motor, just gonna do another stock 350, but a mild set of heads from my buddy matt and a mild cam and aluminum intake. i am also going to put a carb on it and get rid of the throttle body injected carb thats on it now. i guess im gonna keep it for a while!

no i'll keep it, we are gonna turn it into a pre-runner, like a trophy truck but not so extreme. if i come across another vehicle i want, i'll just take the truck off the road so i can build it. im looking for fiberglass prerunner fenders for the front right now. i'm also going to build a front skid pan and remove the front bumper and build a tubular prerunner brush guard for it at work. then i'll get it powdercoated. its gonna be a sweet little truck. eventually it will just be a toy.

and yes 33 x 12.5 BFG all terrain KO's

agree all you want, this is coming from a kid who said i'd have his buddies mark here in october to paint, is it still october up north?
