Spark Plug Removal Torque

1996 Mark VIII Diamond Anniversary, 83000 miles

I'm changing the spark plugs and wires tonight. As near as I can tell these are the originals.

Does anybody know about how much torque it should take to remove a spark plug from this engine? I'm pretty paranoid about breaking one off in the block.

These aren't 5.4 Tritons, I've never heard of someone breaking a plug off in the block. Typically we have the opposite problem where there aren't enough threads to keep it in and the engine spits them out.

OK, so I got half the engine done, surprised at how easily the old plugs came out, and the new ones went in!!
