Skitchin... yeah when I was young and dumb... Used to grab cars in Saint Paul MN and skitch to get places down town. Nothing at highway speeds but it was effective none the less.

The trick if you could manage is to ask the driver if you could... Most of them would say yes on side streets at stoplights...

Dumb I know but hey what you going to do on Roller blades when you are 13-14?
