Sputter....

Just got my car back from the deer wreck, last week. I just noticed tonight that when i'm at 38-50mph and slowly accellerating in 5th gear it starts to sputter bad. Like it's accellerating slowly, sputter sputter sputter ever 2 to 3 seconds that actually is enough of a jolt that I can feel it. Not a real dramatic jolt but enough. Any clues to what this could be? It just started, I am kinda tipsy so not really thorough with my diagnosis!

Is it shaking at idle? If so it could be the valve cover gaskets. Mine was doing that when the VC gaskets were leaking. Might be something else, but that's what mine was doing.
