Steering Concern

My power steering started to whine and steering wheel would not "return" on turns...I had the power steering pump replaced and its still very stiff to turn! Any ideas on what the problem could be?????

yup CASTER is the word, it effects steering effort and returning to center

If you have not changed anything on the suspension , the problem is in the Rack and Pinion !
