steering rack 1,700????

Hey does anyone know if I can get a steering rack for less then 1,7000 thats what the dealership is trying to charge me.

my dealer charged full price for my 03. Rack, PCM reprogram, and alignment was ~$1100

That's a helluva price for a new rack!!

Do the work yourself...and add on the price of an alignment. I'd throw up all over someone's shoes if he quoted me 1700 for a rack R&R.
