When i'm sitting in the car in Park, and i turn the steering wheel, :steering the rpms go up a little bit, then go back down. i never thought much of it, but its a little annoying, and seems kind of strange. i never noticed any other cars that do that. is this only my car? or do you guys get the same thing going on? also, is this a problem, or is it normal??? :feedback

yes - it's because the steering pump is belt driven, so turning the wheel (especially while parked) puts strain on the pump and the rpms increase to give the pump more power.
