Ok first stereo. I have the JBL sound system I bought the car with a 400 dollar audio cd/mp3 exc. I do not know who put it in but my back 5x7 and tweeks are the only that work the two 5x7 dont work. I looked at the connections and everything looks fine then again I really dont know about stereo wiring so what is the color of the two 5x7 wires if that would help I thought there might be something disconnected or somethin.

Now Power window. My passenger window goes up and down no problems then out of no where has problems going up or down. It jams itself but If i push the down button then the up button It will go up all the way or have trouble again. Also when the window is all the way up and if you push the up button it sounds like it is trying to push It should not make a noise but it does. Need help, thanks.

Hard to diagnose problems like this over the internet, take it to a shop or have a competent friend take a look at it.

Knowing the wire colors shouldn't be necessary since all the factory wires are attached to harnesses. Check to make sure all the wiring harnesses are fully inserted into the back of your factory amplifier.

If everything's plugged in properly, then the amp is probably failing and should be replaced.

I once found a used amp for $10 on eBay.

Isent the amp under drivers seat?

i believe its under the back dash, accessible from the trunk (thats what they told me when i went to install my headunit.

ok, yeah that makes sense because i was looking all arong before asking myself if ford even put a amp in the package, lol. Thats probably it a disconnection to the amp....

You could double check and make sure all the three bolts that hold the power window motor in place are secure. That could cause a problem similiar to that.
