Sticky: "Read This Thread FIRST"

I feel in the Lincoln LS forum, there needs to be a sticky thread saying "Read This FIRST." The actual content of the sticky thread will be information on how useful the search feature is, and how to actually use the search feature to get the answers you are looking for. That way it can save frogman the trouble of telling them to use the search. Another thing that could be included in the search thread, are actual links to threads that are common questions and answered thoroughly. What do you think?
