STOCK OR AFTERMARKET???

I need to replace my rotors (100k miles) Iwas wonder should I buy stock replacements from the dealer or should i go aftermarket? smooth? slotted? cross drilled? what do you guys think? money is a high concern but not over performance. Im thinking aftermarket smooth would be cheap and most likely the same quaility.

So what do you guys think? Thank you for all replys

Aftermarket and slotted is what I would pull for. Cross drilled you are asking for possible issues with cracking around the holes themselves due to the heat that is put into the rotor itself.

so slotted rotors will perform better than smooth rotors, ok so the performance outways the extra money spent on the slotted rotors I'm guessing?

and same question about the pads. stock or aftermarket?

and is there somewhere online to pick all this stuff up cheap or is ebay the way to go?

I got Brembo rotors off FeeBay.

Cracking of the rotors are 99% due to not seasoning them properly. You cant just put them on and go on your way. They come with instructions.

Go with Brembo. And Axxiss Ceramic pads.

The Chrome rims even stay cleaner and are easier to clean than regular brakedust. Its almost a tannish color instead of black soot.
