Summer from hell

Glad its over.

Worked my butt off, now I can start to do some of the things I enjoy.
Here is a few pics if what I started with.

My house I won in a Divorce settlement "of course she got the nice house".

It had been rental since 1991

Gutted and went though each room.
Its been a 2 year process wanted to be done THIS summer.

Got it on the MLS this week.
