I have done alot of reading on this and cant seem to find exactly what my issue is. Here is my problem:

Overnight my front end will totally deflate in about a 8-9 hour period. It airs up fine in the morning and stays inflated all day while parked at work for about 8-9 hours. So it only deflates overnight. I get no error messages at all and I have done the leak tests and I get no drop at all during the leak tests. Any more ideas?

There are allot of variables that go into whether a strut/spring will leak. One big one is temperature. When its a little cooler, the rubber air bladder is less pliable....in other words, the cracks on the fold of the rubber won't seal as easy as it does when its warm.

Keep in mind that the module goes to sleep an hour after the ignition is turned off. In other words, the module won't try to make ANY adjustments after this hour period, which means the solenoids WILL NOT be opened to allow air to escape the strut/spring either way(raise or vent). Eventually, it will leak all the time, regardless of the temperature.

In a nutshell, if the front end is going down after this hour has passed, you have a leak....period. Replace your air struts and you'll be o.k. Click on the link below to understand "why" it leaks sometimes, but not others.
