Sway bar link Navigator 2000 replacement procedure ?

I need to replace Sway bar link on front driver side for Lincoln Navigator 2000. Can you please share procedure. Is there a need for any special tool. Do I need to raise navigator to instal the new sway bar link? I will highly appreciate response please

Also another question. Do I need to grease? Where grease should be put? is it inside the rubber bushing or is it outside where bar meets the rubber bushing?
