It came across fake. I bet people didn't buy it. Even Obama was sheepish during the presser. "I don't want people accusing me of having plants..."
The entire thing was a joke... and despite that, it still was a train wreck.
I honestly can't imagine that the White House is so politically tone deaf that they would have set her up with that question, though some of his supporters certainly would be.
