I promise to nicer if you promise to be smarter.
Gas prices are going up again! He just can't keep his grubby hands off that gasoline money!

Oh... wait... Mr. Bush is not the President anymore. I wonder who the Liberals will blame the fuel prices spike on, now? Surely, not the Messiah.

Ugh. Typo with the "W".

I blame you, nobody told you to by your fuel effecient F-450.:D

I had this whole laid out comparison between the 450 and one of those supposedly economical Prius cars... But I figured most would just glaze over when they read it.

So with that said, I really don't care about gas prices. Why? Because I'm invested in an Oil and Gas exploration company. So, the more expensive fuel is, the more $$ I make at the end of the year.

I was just making the point that when Bush was in office and fuel prices were at $4.xx/gallon, according to the Dems, it was all his fault. But now that fuel prices are going back up again, you don't hear a peep from the Bush blamers, since they can't blame him anymore.

But for an 11000 Lb vehicle, 19.5 Miles per gallon IS efficient. Only 1/2 the fuel economy of a 3045? lb Toyota Prius. You tell me how the Prius is efficient then.

calm down, it was a joke, notice the smiley face. It doesnt matter what gas cost, we need it to live in the US

Temporary hijack:

That's impressive. I don't know any F250 or 350 guys that can even achieve that. What engine you got in that thing? 6.0?

Hijack complete, you may now return to your reguarly scheduled programming.

It's a 6.4L 08. No DPF filter, no cat, no muffler. tuned by Spartan Diesel (Great tune, extremely crappy customer service).

And 19.5 isn't all that great, as I still haven't put a Gear Vendor's overdrive on it, so it's still sporting the 4.88 gears. With a GV overdrive, the effective rear end ratio will drop to 3.80 when it's on. Fuel economy is projected to go into the 22 to 23 range... If I keep my foot out of it.

Fifty cents a gallon in the past month.
A crashing dollar and international instability will do that.

the prius is a joke. after 100k the batteries are no good. it costs more to replace the batteries in it, than the car is worth. now, what do we do with all of those lithium ion batteries. real environmentally friendly aint it?

Leaf licker response...?

"Who cares? If you drive a Prius, you're just environmentally superior to all those fossil fuel burning, planet polluting, tree killing" (never mind that trees need CO2 to live), "cars.

Batteries can go in the landfill, where you won't ever see them again."

no tree hugger here. it was poking at the tree hugger mentality. most tree huggers put the prius on a peddestal claiming it is the FUTURE OF CARS, AND HOW ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDLY IT IS. its not enviromentally friendly at all. that is my point. i hate tree huggers. one day im gonna sit outside of greanpeace with my cobra and idle 3 tanks of gas away.

Not a fan of the Prius, or most hybrids in general... However, the NiMH batteries are indeed recyclable. In fact, Toyota will buy back old batteries for $200 a piece as an incentive to keep people from throwing them away.

As for fuel prices, it seems like we might be back to the cycle of a spike during the northern hemisphere's summer, then tapering off towards the end of fall... We'll see.

when you do let me know ill go with and idle away with you a idle protest to the s:qt they make us put up with, lets do pitta to im sure we can fit something in there to piss them off

WE could always launch the batteries into outter space and have space deal with it.....does'nt take much to shoot 100tons of retard batteries :p

I think you should peel old tires out in front of their enviro rally. That way you can pollute in just about every way possible.

If we left you in a room with them, would you eat them?
Much like you did as a child, when left in that room with all the lead paint?
