The Red Reflectorramp on the trunk . Light or not ? on LSC

My first question on this forum.

Should it be light in the red reflectionramp or not ?
I have seen on the web that some cars have light.

I have no light on my car -1998 LSC but I think it would look nice.
Could also be that the car is imported to Sweden and its not allowed here over.

yes, the tail lights should be lit all the way across.

if this is not the case, it is usually the neon ballast that has gone bad.
