If it's totaled, part her off, and get a new one with the insurance $$.

Once you total a car and rebuild it, it's never the same....

When I hit the deer with my 94 on the way home from purchasing it....

I was given $300 more than I paid for the car from insurance. Then I put the car as is on eBay.

Scott9050 purchased it very reasonable but with both what I got from insurance and from Scott I was able to purchase my 95 and pay for the trip to pick it up.

Keep in mind - SHE ran the stop sign. so her insurance is liable.

Work them hard for the right amount. You can negotiate with insurance companies. Press them for as much money as you can get.

that true that always what happens to me
dont take there next day settlemetn
they will try to give you somthing like say if the car is worht 3900 they will say it realy worh 3400 couse you would get atleast a few hundred nocked of the dealers price
well hers what you do dont except dont sighn any papper work
and then 2 days latter tell them your get a lawer couse you want atleast 4000

Well I bought a new Mark VIII today, I still have the old one with the damage i figure i'll use it for parts, the new one I bought has a few more features but mostly the same... I need to replace the driver side door handle cuz the guy before me hit a deer and tore it off, anyone have any idea how hard it is to replace it?
