man thats actually sad, he leaves trying to find his dad. i wonder were the mom was this whole time, and if he has had issues with leaving the house in the past you would think the mom would keep a good eye on him. parents of the year?

Where I grew up, (Euro version of project housing) seeing 2, 3, 4 year old kids out on the streets, unattended, was a daily occurrence. Many of these people shouldn't breed, unfortunately, they end up being the ones that breed the most, all the while living off everyone else's tax money.
