Well I was driving to my buddys house today and on the way there everything was fine....once i got there i went in and hung out with him for about an hour....i come back outside get in the car and turn it on...the yellowish air bag light starts flasshing on and off and once i started driving it just turned back on and stayed on all the way home.....once i got home i turn the car off ... and turn it back on...the light came on for a few seconds and then it shut off and i sat there for a few minutes and it didn't come back....idk what this could be...anybody have some advice ?

there are a couple of threads on this.

the most common failure is the connection under the driver's seat - connects to the 'driver position sensor' in the seat. It tends to come loose or apart because the driiver's seat move back and forth alot with the 'easy entry' feature.

Not to sound improffesional but how do i access this..?

without pulling the seat out - the other option is to move the driver seat all the way forward the get at it from the rear compartment driver side. you can see the harness and connectors coming up out of the carpet from behind the seat.

Thats what I was thinking..I just wanted to be sure , Thanks alot!!

I had the exact same problem! Just like Quick LS said, you'll see a yellow connector under the seat when looking in from the back. VERY hard to reach and work with! I was able to fix it once (sort of) then a few weeks later it came apart again. At the time my car was still under warranty so i took it in and they took care of it. GOOD LUCK!
