Since the FN10/MN12 cars are so close in design, and the rear bar is continuously taken from the SC version of the MN12; my question is this: Will the FRONT sway bars from the MN12s work in the FN10?

If so, bolt-in or need mods to chassis pick-up points/brackets?

the aftermarket companies (ADDCO in particular here) list the same bars front and rear for all 89-98 mark viiis, cougars, and thunderbirds.
you should be good to go, bolt in swap.

of course you will need to provide the correct diameter bushings for your chosen bar, should the diameter change.

That is one of the reasons I ask, as I see them commonly listed as such. Once again, I thank you Chris.

True on the work to replace and just go ADDCO. I found 6 Cougars and 4 Thunderbirds here in my local yard from which to choose my bar from. I will practice removal on the yard cars so I can cleanly/quickly do the swap on my Lincoln. The ADDCO bar is still in the cars future, just way off as money permits. While I am in there grabbing the bar, I will grab the steering rack as well, since it has a better lock-to-lock rate than the Gen-2 MKs do.

As per thecarconnection.com; Steering Rack Ratio: Lock-to-Lock:

1993-96 Lincoln MK VIII and all 89-97 Thunderbird/Cougars: 14.10:1 2.75
1997-98 Lincoln MK VIII: 17.25:1 3.23
