California Supreme Court upholds marriage is between a male and female.

Well here we go again, more millions to be wasted that could actually be helping do something productive.

The court didn't rule on gay marriage one way or the other. It correctly upheld the validity of a voter initiative to modify the state constitution.

The gay marriage issue is like the ID vs. Darwinism issue on this forum; another can of worms not worth opening.

Not much to discuss here- the court upheld what the people voted for... they did their job.

It will just be back on the ballot in a couple of years.
