I have a white Lincoln LS. I want to get the windows tinted. I don't want dark tint. I want to still be able to see in the windows. I was wondering if anyone has a white LS with tinted windows they could post a picture of and say what % tint you have on the windows so I can get some idea what it will look like. Is 35% gonna be dark??? :L :feedback

Depending on what state you are in, 35% I believe is like allowed in every state pretty much, though some states require a certificate from the shop which did the work.
Anyhow... 35% is the better see through-dark enough one... once you get lower, the darker it gets, obviously. I think that any car looks good / better with some tint, but 5% is too dark for any car, unless its a limo.

Thanks for the pictures and the comments. I think I am gonna go with 35% and hope I like it.... I called in to see what it would cost and they told me $165... Is that fairly reasonable? I live in MS....... :L :wave

$165 is too much. I am getting mine redone here for $250 and that includes stripping the old tint and tinting the entire front windshield. I have getting 35% on all the windows and then 50% on the front windshield.

I have a pearl white ls, and put 35% on it. Its dark enough to look good and keep the sun out, but lite enough to still be seen in it during the day. I originally put 5% on it, and couldn't see out them at all at night. Literally had to roll the window down at nite to see. I will post a pic soon. But here in MD the average price for tinting at any % is $99 or $100 even no tax. With lifetime warranty.
