44" yeah right those are 44", those things gotta be 6 feet tall LOL

MurderedLS try a search, lots of discussions has taken place about this.

I'm running an 8.5 wide wheel with a 245/35/20 tire. +35 offset on the wheel. No rubbing unless I "really" bottom it out on the interstate at high speeds.

30 isnt a good idea if you live in a area with many potholes, even 35 is harsh on the rims going above 45mph and hitting a pothole, im looking for 19's with size 40s if anyone knows anyone

True.. But putting bigger WHEELS on, you have to re-learn how to drive.. Avoid pot holes at all costs.. Just some sacrifices you will have to make for your car to look good..

on my marquis i had 255/35's and it rode kinda harsh..But it was a big car so it soaked up the bumps alot better

On my mark i had like new fuzion zri 225/35/19's and i was bending wheels left and right and it rode like complete horse sh!t (before it was lowered).Tires came with the deal (tires and rims for 500) and i replaced them the next summer w/Pirelli pzero rossa's 235/45's and its a night and day differance.
Luckily none of the bends were bad enough to the point were i couldn't bend them back with my special technique.

a 25lb 3' long sledge w/padding wrapped around it. I used old rags, t-shirts ect..Even worked when the bends were bad enough to break the bead and make em' leak.

If it works it works..There werent any signs of damage after they were bent back and it was free so suck it.

Are you concerned about the added weight and the negative effects on handeling and brakes?
