tracking neon brake wiring

for about 2 month neon would not turn on with the auto dimming switch on.. i would have to flip it up and turn it off, than turn it on and it would almost always than turn on... now i cannot get it to work at all... it is fogged a little

what should i check with the wiring.. anyone have theese problems, and were would i drill vent holes? also does Glitch still sell the part i need? Yes ive searched this and still have questions.. thanks guys

there are other ways to do it then what you are doing. i will give you a pic some time
