can someone point me to EXACTLY what i need to convert to a traction lok rear.

Really, all you need is a 28 spline differential unit.
But while your in there, you should replace all of the bearings, and check all of your end play tolerances. You can buy a install kit that comes with everything you need, except the mechanic with the tools to set it all up.
but, do you really want to keep 3.07:1 gearing when there are so many different options out there?

trac lock and traction control are different. Trac lock is like posi, whereas traction control is just to stop wheel spin.
