into my front appliances im doing an exploratory for a first second gear start of roughness I intend to look at my primary timing set to see if what im feeling is a bad tensioner or guide ...there are other reasons needs a new belt and a new dcc the oil cooler gasket is leaking all over the place and the alternator may need a new regulator …. ive got the harmonic off and looking at the two pullies for the power steering and hydrolic fan there are a ton of screws into the timing cover but to get it off there are nasty brackets that are in the way of a couple of the timing cover screws so im screwed my question is below when I get to the timing chains and if everything is good ill be back at the question roughness .. im at amco and I had someone check the level but I told the guy the proper test is with the vehicle running so im skeptical

3. Late engagement

If you have low transmission fluid, it can cause late engagement between gears. When you put your gear lever into neutral or drive, it has to build up pressure before the car starts moving. If the fluid level is low, it can take a longer time to build up pressure inside the transmission and converter. You will often get a 2-3 second delay if your fluid level is low.
