drag racing are we ? well for one the c4 itself, bellhousing,torque converter , kickdown cable i dunno about your transmission crossmember, driveshaft might need modification. No idea how your gonna get it to connect to your stock shifter designed for O/D. Not sure on the speedometer cable matching. Why are you looking for a C4 anyway ? a properly prepared AOD will at least have O/D and not require any modifications to install. For the price of the swap alone you could probably get a AOD rebuilt with some performance internals.
 
This is done in a lot of mustangs. Get hold of a good tutorial on that swap and you should be pretty much set.
But look around, first... there are companies doing some fantastic AOD performance build-ups now. Leave a post at corral or such and ask.. I forget the names.
But I don't think you need to go the C4 route anymore.
