.I FEEL THE TRANY RUNS FINE CITY AND HWY, BUT MY QUEST IS THIS FROM 1 GEAR THE RPM RUNS A LITTLE HIGH TO GET TO 2 GEAR . DOES THIS MEAN 1&2 ACCUMULATORSARE SHOT?
SHOULD I DO A J-MOD?
I'VE READ THE J-MOD MAKES THE TRANY SHIFT A LITTLE HARD WOULDN'T THAT HURT THE TRANSMISSION IN ANYWAY? thanks JR

When you apply more throttle, the shift points raise. Im sure its nothing to worry about. And No, It will NOT hurt the trans, Shift kits are actually better for the trans. Instead of wearing out the bands by slowly gripping the 2nd gear bands, it will instantaneously grab them causing less wear.

More than likely your 1-2 is shot. Change it out and replace your fluid with Mercon V.
