Earlier today, I was diving to the office and on 3 occasions at 60 mph, the car "cluncked" like it was trying to shift.... At first I thought it was because the road was slick. and it was a traction control issue. It was snowing hard here in Indianapolis.. but on the second and third time, I realized it was the car. Could this be the transmission slipping???? The car is a 05, V6 with 9,000 miles. Have LS's been known to have transmission problems??

Thanks
Troy

Sounds like the TC kicked in. You can verify that my the yellow light in the IC (looks kinda like a snail) flashes. I had that happen to me on the way to work one morning. It was dry (it never rains in Southern California!) and I thought something was wrong. There was an 18-wheeler "parked" on the side of the freeway. Turns out he was involved in a minor collision and must have spilled a little fuel on the freeway. When I got on it away from the accident, I guess I was a little anxious......
