trouble codes to work through engine installed

hi i have installed a 3.9 in my 2001 ls, when i got the car running i have some transmission codes, i have owned the car for 1 year and the timing chain broke i removed the engine and trans and rebuilt the timing chain's and cyl head i have never had any problems with the trans before the rebuild, also there are codes for the rear o2's as well , i think i have a bad plug in for the trans wire but i am not sure where to look... here are the codes

p0743 torque converter clutch solenoid electrical
p0760 shift solenoid c
p0755 shift solenoid b
p0708 trans range sensor high input
p0797 pressure control solenoid c on

p0161
p1747 o2s heater circuit bank 2 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 1

Sounds like maybe a connector isn't connected? I would start by checking all the connections.

Did you unplug the battery to reset the PCM?

yes i also cleared the codes also.. i have looked for a connector not connected but i cant seem to find one dose anyone know where to look for the codes listed above what where should this transmission connector be ?

could it be a fuse or relay
