So my trunk was hard to open and doesn't pop up like it suppose so I sprayed it with WD40 and now I messed up the sensor so it says the trunk is open when its Cleary not so what did I brake and where do I get another one from

It's just a plunger switch. You can't miss it. It might not be broken, you might just need to adjust its position.

I didn't know it was adjustable I will look at it tomorrow and the lil black piece fell off it and I didn't think much of it could that be the problem

Yea that's it the lil black Christmas tree piece fell off is that what causes the sensor to say that the trunk is open

Might just find one at the junk yards even, doesn't have to be a u-pull-it yard.
Call around and ask them if they have any Lincoln LS'es in their inventory and ask how much for such a little item.

Also, possibly check what this plunger meets up with when closed, I believe it bounces off the plastic decorative protective trim piece at the front bottom side of the trunk inlet opening, I recall having mine off once and when closing the trunk it would not compress the above mentioned plunger, thus not shutting off the lights inside the trunk. (at the time I was going through the back seats cuz I was working on installing LED strip inside the trunk.)

Here is the location of the front one for the hood, same deal.
