I took this picture at a local Kelly Tire. It has not been photoshoped or edited in any way. And the sign is like this intentionally; no one has done any pranks to change it.
To be 100% honest, I believe "Rice" is either the owner or distributor or company that runs the place. Regardless, I still find the humor in it.
