1999 Conti flasher just started making sounds, when none of the turn signals, or hazard lights are turned on. Has this happened to anybody else, and if it is my turn signal flasher, can someone tell me how easy/difficult it is to replace myself. Did it about 10 years ago in another car and it was a piece of cake, but don't know where it's located in the Continental. Any responses, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill.
