Just tried out the new Turtle Wax ICE,,, can be used in direct sun on a hot car,, nice,,lol

Says you can use it on crome finishes and any plastic or rubber.

Works good to shince lights and crome,, didnt do much on rubber.

I have a 2000 Silver Frost,, but still came out pretty good,, with very little effort.

Tried Adding pics,, to big,, anyone can shrink and send back would be great.

I used this stuff about a month ago and I wasnt impressed either.....Yeah you can use it in the sun but you cant see where you miss on a Silver Car....Also used it on my girls black jetta and what a night mare.....I couldnt get the stuff had to pull it in the shade and wait for about 1 hour and still had to elbow grease the hell out of it....Most of all; the bottle leaked for some reason and I paid 20$ and used it once (on my car and her car) than it leaked out in the plastic case!!! What a piece of crap!!! never will do that again

weird. Used it on 3 cars thus far including a black GMC Suburban in the heat of the day and all three cars look great. Not as shiny as a 3 step process but that is to be expected. Went on easy and came off easy on all 3 cars. From putting it on to taking it off was like 15 mins. for the Conti. Unbelievable. I wasn't impressed at first but I am now.

yea it was ok,, paid 16$, and it went on easy, and came off easy,, was a bitch to do on a silver car,,lol but i will use it again till its gone.

car is shinnier,, but that could also be from basic buffin f*** out of it with a micro fiber,,lol

Thanks Blk,, yea like to get some Zaino Bros Clay bar on it,, and Wax.

yea man ... i have a friend that just spent 80 bucks on zaino products and my car looks just as good as his after he polished it. i just use meguiars tex wax. i`m gonna do a alot this weekend on my paint because i have alot of swirl marks. but i have a couple pics of the meguiars tex wax results. i think i need to get the clay bar stuff too and see how it all works out. i just bought some turtle wax platinum series liquid wax so i`m gonna test that out and see how it works.

Hey Blk car looks pretty damn :q:q:q:qty,,nice

Yea I think they all work pretty well,, it comes down to the emvironment ur in,, and how well u follow the directions,, and how much effort u put into it,, buffing it out once is good,, buffing it out 3 times is much better,,lol

I use Maguires; always have (at least since it was introduced to the market). As JPsBored stated, if you follow directions, and put a lot of effort into it, you will see results comparable to what you put into it. I have always found that starting with a finish that is washed frequently, helps. I never let oxidation accumulate on my paint; hence, I don't have to go through that rubbing out step. All I do is simply apply a shiny overcoat. The jury is still out on the use of a buffer, though. It seems to me that I get a better finish by hand than by machine. Thoughts?

The benefit of Zaino is it's longevity. That stuff lasts at least a couple of months here in So Cal vs. the 3-4 weeks of Meguires, Mothers and the like. And the more you put on, the deeper the shine gets!

I concur:) Zaino is the :q:q:q:q. It's kind of time consuming and somewhat difficult with all the products you can apply and in what order, but the results are astounding.

i hear that. i might invest in zaino one of these days when i run out of 15 dollar products to try. :) i`m about to try a new one tomorrow. and trying that meguiars scratch x to try to get rid of my swirl marks. i`ll let yall know how it goes.

here are some pics i took today taking a lil different approach and being more careful. turtle wax platinum. not too bad in my opinion. fitst time trying it. check the pics.
