U-joints

Did a search and came up with nothing. What is the proper u-joints for our cars? When I spoke with a guy at Summit he said he didn't have a u-joint specifically for the Mark VIII, He said he only has universal U joints. Is there a certain size or diameter that we need?

According to the Dana website there are two part numbers for the Spicer u-joints. One part number is 5-1203X and the other is 5-213X.

You can get them at Napa, and the part number that I used was 5-213X. They were around $20 each, you will need obviously one for the front of the axle and one for the rear......hope that helps.

Cal.....you do not need a press actually, you can do it with a simple bench vice....
