Umnitza

Has anyone else had problems with umnitza? I placed an order a month ago and never received it. They said they shipped it out but i have contacted the USPS with the confirmation number and they informed me that they were notified of the label but it was never logged into their system. I.e. never shipped!
I have contacted umnitza multiple time and only get a response of we shipped it.
I have to say im very disappointed in their way of business, customer service and lack of response.

sounds like you need to call them again and talk to someone up the chain, because if they actually shipped them, UPS would have a record of them. that what happens when a company scan something ever step of the way, if UPS says that they never received them, its going to be pretty hard for umnitza to say that they were sent, all you have have to do is say let me see the proof.
