Universal rotors

I'm buying new cobra rotors. The problem is, the guy says they are universal rotors. I had a very hard time understanding him. But he said they would fit both sides just like brembo's. My thought process says one side would be going in the wrong direction. Am I missing something? The company was Quickstop, Pro out of CA. Shouldn't there be a right and left so the drilled holes & slots are pointing towards the back of the car?

dont think it matters, they keep rotating- how much are you paying for the cobras?-there is a co on ebay(rotorworks) selling all 4 wheels, pads and rotors for under $200 I havent orderd them yet since my rotors are bad I am going to wait untill the pads are worn to the backing.
 
Many Brembo rotors are radial drilled, rather than cross drilled, so the holes don't point in any direction. They remove way too much material, and it looks like ass.

OK lets forget about the holes, lets just say the slots, which are slanted. For example, shouldn't they look and turn like our 10 spoke rims do. If they are universal and slanted the same direction they would be pointing in opposite directions of the car, one side of the car would have the slants pointed towards the back and the other side of the car would be pointing to the front. That's why our rims only fit on one side of the car. They are directional. Someone please tell me I'm not loosing my mind. I'm pointing this out because I haven't seen it on the board before and I thought it might keep someone from making this mistake when they were purchasing new rotors.
