Upper Coolant hose leak

Hey guys. I have a 2005 Lincoln ls V6 with an upper coolant hose leak. I provide pics below. It looks like its coming from around the top black/plug screw on top of the hose. If this is true could this be an easy fix by replacing the hose,or could this be due to something else? tried searching for info on here but they're all v8 or other years. Thanks

How long has it been since you replaced the cooling system parts? If you have not or are unsure of this I would recommend replacing all the parts at the same time. Otherwise you will have the same problems all over again as all the cooling system plastic and such wear at the same rate. There is many threads about this subject in general and if you have any coolant leaks it would in most cases be wise to replace it all.

Agree with Dale 100% Must Replace ALL COOLANT PARTS
