I like my V6. If i was to get another LS would probably be V8 but I do like the less stuff/less headache that came with my car. Not too many options means less stuff to break down. Im at 223200 miles now and very happy with it.

just curious, why so high on the manual v6?

op: get a v8 unless you find a killer deal on a v6. i have a genII v6, wish i had the v8. tranny is pretty much the same, so mpg is pretty much the same. i paid next to nothing for the v6 and it gets the job done so i cant complain

although i do like the chrome trim around the windows on my v6... i would have made them put the chrome trimmed doors on a v8 if i was buying a new one in 05
