Long story rant:
I was in having a rad tube replaced at the dealer (clearly a bunch of idiots) and I was one of the lucky ones with my fan running on high all the time. It had been that way since I got the car and never saw it as a big deal, but they wanted to check it out. I let them. They told me it was bad and replaced it for a bunch of $$$ almost 400 for the fan plus labor. When I went to pick up the car the fan hadn't changed and they tried to pass it off as fixed. To make an even longer story short, the new fan stayed in and I wasn't charged for their mistake or any of the labor on all the other things they did to actually fix the problem (cylinder head temp sensors and thermostat)
They are an expensive part so if someone actually needs one or wants to do a conversion to electric from genI I will give you a great deal on it.
