That's what I understand I'm looking for,

Some box of fuses from the engine, can anyone give me information about this part?

I am looking for one in the event my mechanics fall through and have to give me credit. I got a "New" one in January this year and its dead, it was under warranty but the company it came from doesn't have another to replace mine with. They'll pay me back but where do I find such a thing?

And I do apologize, I always forget to mention
I have a pearl on black 95 LSC
with all the toys

A search would help you, but since I am bored at the moment:

1. It controls the AC and fan functions.
2. It is in front of the radiator pretty much right under the latch. Look for a finned box, it is easy to spot.
3. You can search Ebay or look on car-part.com. There are plenty of junkyards with Mark VIII's that can send you one.
4. It is pretty easy to replace yourself.

I appreciate the information Marked8

Maybe you can lend me a greater hand

Is the VCM from the 93 going to work in my car

I assume that there's a great deal of differences between the 93 and my 95 LSC

I have mine removed and am awaiting a new part to install

The one I had originally was a re-manufactured part from a company I believe called "standard ignition". Whose distributor down here doesn't have another one available immediately

Brilliant, any method of confirming that it works?

I'd hate to get it, put it it and have to send it back to you or whatever the case

I'm up in Boston at the moment so I'm gonna have to get back to you next monday to purchase it if nothing else comes through

Well let me know cause I'm not sure how long I will hold onto this car. Thanks

Just out of curiosity, What is the letter designation for the 95 Mark 8. I have been starting a collection of spare CCRM's after having one fail on a Mustang, then the used one only lasted a couple of days before it went. I have done so much trouble shooting thinking it was something else so I had to get another one. So I want to get a back up for all my cars eventually. They usually have a big letter on the side along with the part number like the "S" for the Mustang that way you just find another S and its interchangeable. I was looking on ebay the other day and saw the 97-98's use a VM and a 94 Continental used a J. I was just curious which one my 95 uses. I was also curious where its located. I assume in a wheel well since they are teaming with modules.
