At around 100km or more my seats all start to vibrate and my car its really anyoying on my stock tires it did and then when i put my 19inch rims it still did any ideas. Does any one thing that The visor around the window would look good on a 1997 lincoln town car

make sue the seat anchor bolts are tight. If thjey are tight make sure the frames are not cracked.
vibrations start from somewhere - often in the suspension and / or tires arne are magnified by other issues like loose bolts and such.
You can always get a Road force balance instead of the typical wheel weight on the machine type.
