victor reinz or fel pro ?

i have my intake and valve covers removed.. i am stuck on what gaskets to use. heres the link to the rock auto .. the felpro has only the lower for 16 bucks and the victor reinz has the plenum as well as the intake manifold gasket for 50. what is the common choice between the two ? http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...v6,1430714,engine,intake+manifold+gasket,5424

I don't know about for the LS, but in the BMW world, Victor Reinz is not well liked.

Joegr is it possible for you to give me a list of needed gaskets ? i know i need the lower and valve cover gaskets for both valve covers... now what else am i missing

Sorry, I'm not that experienced with the V6.

Just get the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets and the valve cover set. I just saw on there that there were closeout prices on some, but I don't recall seeing that rock auto had both parts upper and lower for the intake.

You are correct. I ordered the VCG's and lower intake gaskets.. just need the upper gaskets now
