I'm looking for Mark VIII 93-98, I would like to find car without modifications, with less than 100k miles, factory paint, but not black, normal mechanical condition. My budget is up to 4500$. And it must be a local seller, 150 miles around Houston TX. What you are thinking, is my budget good enough to meet the criterias?
