I need some advise :slam
I bought a extended warranty from AUL when I purshased my car. It is good for 36,000 miles or 36 months, I paid $1,200 and it says that it will cover almost any repair.

Well this is whats happening now! :Bang

Last month I had to get a new radiator, AUL paid $200 of a $350 repair bill.
Now my car is getting transmission work done and they only want to pay $1,070 and leave me paying $940. telling me the car is too old and that I aready used some of the warranty before.

All that they are really paying is what I paid them for the freak'n warranty
Do I a case case for small claims court or what else can I do?
Thank you for your help

I had a waranty when I purchased my 95. I got it thrown in with the deal..

Wanted something just incase I had problems on my ride back from SC.

Just before the when I got the car home I noticed that I had a problem with my tranny.

I knew it was the 1 2 accumulator and so did the tranny place I had look at it.

I wanted to use my waranty to cover the cost as it claimed tranny probelms were part of the waranty.

When the shop called the waranty company they said he had to pull the tranny out so they could send someone to look at it.

The shop owner told me that I was going to get screwed.. To repair the 1 2 accumulator it would cost about $200. He said that if there was nothing else wrong with the tranny I would get stuck with $800 for pulling the tranny as the company would not cover that cost.

I had an accumulator so it only cost me $100..
These late modle extended waranties suck.

If it's not a Ford extended warranty, it's not worth the paper it's printed on. They have themselves covered...don't waste your time pursuing it. You got screwed by not getting what you thought you were getting...but you got just exactly what you signed for. The fine print will kill you.
