Washer Fluid resovoir?

Where the fuk is it? I know it sounds dumb but the spot that I think its in has fluid in it but the washer fluid indicator is low and it doesnt work.....

I bet you have a Gen 2. Probably a 97. If your washer fluid is full and it still shows low fluid, then your float is broken. Unfortunately the only way to get at it to replace is to take the front bumper off.

It's common for the sensors to go in these car for the fluid level. They are cheap from the dealer, but a bit awkward to get at to change on the first gens...

You should check the hose connections under the plastic cowl. The tubes may be disconnected.
