Everytime I turn on my 1996 Lincoln Mark 8, a low washer fluid sensor goes off on my in dash screen. Ive filled up the reservior, but believe its a sensor or wiring problem. Anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be or how to fix it?

Replace the sensor in the washer bottle, its cheap enough to buy a new one, but somewhat of a pita to get at to replace.
I've also read that you can just short (jumper) the harness plug going to the sensor and it will never warn you the fluid is low, but never tried that...
