Water leaking into my car, HELP

Its gotten worse - since I owned the car, water has always come through the headliner and dripped down my passenger c pillar, filling up the light and dripping out of that too. I don't know where it is coming from - it only happens when the car sits in the rain, when it is in motion, it stops. Is it the sunroof, or is it the rear window seal? The wetness seems to originate right where the rear windshield meets the roof, but I can't be sure.

sunroof to me get the head liner down and have it looked at you dont want that to continue, fix asap

I ran a hose over the rear window today and sure enough, water came in. I looked underthe headliner and it seems that part of the inner rubber seal is missing. I sealed it with some silicone, it's supposed to rain tomorrow so i hope that does it.

yeah :s I checked the sunroof too and used compressed air to blow out the drain holes. I really hope this has solved the problem.
