Weird Paint question

I have an 04 DeVille that has a very odd paint issue. Everywhere except for the roof has spiderweb cracks. It almost looks like the paint is splitting. This is a factory paint job and I have never seen this issue before has anyone else?

thats usually from too much hardener in my experience, but in a factory paint job? do you know that is a factory paint job?

Looking over vehicle history it hadnt been wrecked so I dont see the need for a respray. It sat for quite awhile before I got it

Yeah I've never seen factory paint do that before, especially only being 11 years old. Maybe it was repainted because of fading, or someone just wanted a different color, being in an accident isn't the only time someone might want to reprint their car.

Weird to see some oem paint to have such defect. May be its in oem paint but resprayed with a new top coat.
